Diva Faune is an electronic and pop influenced indie-folk band founded by singer-songwriter Yogan Le Fouler-Barthel. In 2011, he met Jérémy Benichou, and in 2013, as a team, they began rearranging Yogan’s folk and indie-rock compositions by applying Jérémy’s experience in the electronic music sphere (DJ, remixing). Devoting their production primarily to performing on stage, they then started to lay the groundwork for an EP; on which they later worked with New York producer Mark Plati (David Bowie, The Cure…). Upcoming release of this EP has already been preceded by the singles « The Age of Man » and « Shine On my Way »  which have received a warm welcome on the radio and web, exceeding one million steams in the space of a few months.

Diva Faune has opened for various acts such as Broken Back, Max Jury, Gruff Rhys (Super Furry Animals), Chris Pukera, and Coasts. They have also performed in London. Their French concerts include performances at festivals like Printemps de Bourges, and venues such as the Bus Palladium, Maroquinerie, Trois Baudets, Bellevilloise, Flèche d’Or (Paris), Aéronef (Lille) and Silex (Auxerre).

As they are both multi-instrumentalists, the guys have liked to evolve the live set up of the show since the beginning. For their current tour Diva Faune takes shape with Yogan on lead voice and folk guitar along with Jérémy on electronic beats, keyboard, electric guitar and back up vocals.

The lyrics to the current radio single « Shine on My Way » were co-written with widely respected Canadian singer-songwriter Ron Sexsmith (also known for his collaboration with Coldplay’s Chris Martin). Diva Faune is also working closely with sound engineer Robin Florent from Los Angeles (Lukas Graham, John Mayer, Linkin Park, Portugal. The Man.. ).
